Vantan 72系列雙組份視窗玻璃油墨 Vantan 72 series two-component window glass printing ink高硬度 高附著力 高遮蓋耐化學(xué)溶劑high hardness      high adhesion        high coverage       chemical solvent resistance油墨特性 Characteristic :Vantan  72系列是一款溶劑型雙組份玻璃絲印油墨。附著力強(qiáng)、硬度高、耐酸耐堿、耐酒精、耐二甲苯、耐丁酮、耐水煮水泡。中等光澤、色澤飽滿、流平性、印刷平整無(wú)針孔、遮蓋佳，一次印刷就可達(dá)到非常好的遮蓋力，大大節(jié)省成本。Vantan  72 series is a solvent-based two-component glass screen printing ink, with strong adhesion, high rigidity, acid and alkali resistant, alcohol resistant, xylene resistant, butanone resistant, boiling and soaking resistant. Medium gloss, full color, excellent levelling property, smooth printing without pinhole, good coverage, and can get good coverage just in one printing, saving a considerable amount of costs.適用范圍 Applied range:適合印刷剛化玻璃、強(qiáng)化玻璃、應(yīng)用于手機(jī)蓋板、顯示器視窗等面板行業(yè)。Suitable for printing on stalinite, tempered glass, used in panel industry such as mobile phone cover and display window.Method of use:使用方法Method of use :u 印刷前請(qǐng)清洗印刷表面并過(guò)烘干機(jī)烘干玻璃。u clean the printing surface and dry the glass with drier before printing.u 固化劑和烘烤條件：添加P527固化劑；油墨：固化劑=100;10;烘烤150度，10-30分鐘。u Curing agent and drying conditions: add P527 curing agent; printing ink : curing agent=100:10; dry at 150℃ for 10 to 30 minutes.u 稀釋劑：根據(jù)印刷方式和環(huán)境條件添加10%左右稀釋劑調(diào)節(jié)油墨稀稠度。u Diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the consistence of the printing ink according to the printing method and environmental conditions. u 添加本公司不同的固化劑可得到不同的墨層性能，具體使用請(qǐng)咨詢本公司技術(shù)人員。u You can get different ink layer performance by adding different curing agent of our company, please consult technical staff of our company for specific use.Be careful:注意事項(xiàng)Be careful :u 玻璃清洗后必須烘干玻璃，潮濕天盡量避免施工。u Dry the glass after cleaning, try to avoid the operation in wet weather.u 功能測(cè)試（如：耐化學(xué)測(cè)試、水煮、水泡等）必須在油墨充分固化并放置24小時(shí)后進(jìn)行。u Function test (e.g. chemical resistance test, boiling resistance test, soaking resistance test and so on) should be performed after the printing ink is fully solidified and rested for 24 hours.u 已添加固化劑的油墨必須在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)使用完，并不得收回至原包裝內(nèi)。u The printing ink with curing agent should be used up within the specific time and shall not be recycled to the original package.
