The soft algorithm is mature and stable and can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers.The equipment can detect for the deforma-tion, roundness, flash, black dot, underfeed-ing and etc of the caps at a high speed. The sorting, detecting and counting and packag-ing are all automatic, which fulfills the requirements of the enterprises on the product quality management under high speed production, optimizes the production process, improves the detection efficiency and accuracy and reduces the labor cost.
