QX2500C型玻璃清洗機(jī)（Low-e） 1、傳送膠輥直徑為_(kāi)85__mm，膠輥經(jīng)久耐用。 2、主傳動(dòng)采用傘齒輪傳動(dòng)，變頻調(diào)速、數(shù)字顯示、清洗段毛刷輥轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)分別由上、下毛刷由三組電機(jī)分別驅(qū)動(dòng)，上部?jī)山M，下部一組電機(jī)通過(guò)皮帶帶動(dòng)毛刷轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)； 3、清洗段和風(fēng)干段可整體電動(dòng)升降到400 mm，配有螺桿升降機(jī)構(gòu)，操作簡(jiǎn)單，方便設(shè)備的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)和檢修。 4、毛刷(Ø160mm)三對(duì)，軸頭采用不銹鋼材料加工配置、可洗硬/軟LOW-E、普通鍍膜和陽(yáng)光鍍膜玻璃。 5、風(fēng)刀二對(duì)，不用加熱，無(wú)需海綿吸水輥；避免產(chǎn)生維修、更換之成本。 6、適應(yīng)于對(duì)清洗風(fēng)干效果要求極高的玻璃鋼化爐、絲印線、夾層線等設(shè)備的配套使用 QX2500C Glass Washing and drying machine(Low-e) 1. Transmission rollers adopt diameter of 85mm durable rubber rollers. 2. Main transmission adopts bevel gear drive with frequency control and digital display. The upper and lower brushes are driven separately by three motors（upper two, lower one) through belt driving to ensure smooth rotation speed with high cycle life. 3. Top frame of both washing and drying sections equipped with high strength screw can be elevated by 400mm as a whole, easy to operate, for the convenience of cleaning and maintaining. 4. Three pairs of brushes(Ø160mm), of which shafts are processed with stainless steel material, can wash hard and soft low-e glass, normal coated glass and sunshine coated glass. 5. Two pairs of air knives without heating can achieve remarkable drying effect, and save costs of repairing or changing sponge rollers to absorb water. 6. It is especially suitable for supporting use of glass tempering furnace, screen printing line, laminating line and other equipment on highly demanding for cleaning and drying effect.
