化學鋼化是利用離子交換的方式來增強玻璃的強度及應力。 化學鋼化玻璃表面應力一般可達到400-600MPA，其強度是普通玻璃的5-10倍左右。 化學鋼化玻璃可進行鋼化后二次裁割，磨邊打孔等多碩項冷加工。 化學鋼化的工藝可對0.1mm~5.mm的玻璃進行加工。 化學鋼化工藝可對異形玻璃，彎孤玻璃，立體玻璃等任意，形狀的不規(guī)則玻璃進行強化處理。 化學鋼化玻璃耐熱性能強，200攝氏度。 化學鋼化玻璃（又稱離子交換增強玻璃）： Chemical tempered glass (Also known as ionic exchange enhancement glass): 通過離子交換，玻璃表層堿金屬離子被熔鹽中的其它堿金屬離子置換，使機械強度提高的玻璃。 Through the ionic exchange, the alkaline metal ion of glass surface is placed by other alkaline metal ion in salt melted, enhancing its mechanical strength.   u      產(chǎn)品特性：Product Characteristics: 1． 強度高：可達一般玻璃強度的9-15倍，抗破壞壓力較高可達600 MPa。 Higher strength: it is 9-15 times higher of ordinary glass, its maximum destruct-resistance pressis600 Mpa. 2． 強度可隨客戶之要求進行調(diào)整。 Its strength may be adjusted to the request of the customer. 3． 玻璃表面平滑、不變形、無鋼化斑。 Its surface is smoothness, does not distort, no spot.    4． 不會有自爆問題。 Absolutely no self-detonate problem. 5． 超薄玻璃，各類異型亦可容易的被加工處理.
